Why You Can Trust This System (My Story)
I built Road to 95 because I was stuck exactly where you might be now – chasing velocity, getting hurt, and not seeing the results I wanted.
- I trained with some of the top programs and coaches in the country – Cressey, Tread, Texas Baseball Ranch, Total Arm Care, Pitching Doctor, and more – but I still topped out at 88 mph and was constantly dealing with injuries (TJ, biceps tendinitis, knee issues, groin pulls, low-back strains, and more).
- Every program did some things well, but none covered everything. Some focused on mechanics, some on lifting, some on lifestyle, but none fully integrated mechanics, training, recovery, nutrition, mindset, and sleep into one system.
- After re-injuring my knee in February 2024, I decided I was done repeating the same cycle. I took a year off from baseball, studied, tested, and built what I believe is the most complete pitching development system I've ever seen.
- On my 25th birthday – after a year of not throwing – I put myself through the same full assessment I now use with athletes, wrote my own individualized build-up and velocity plan, and followed it exactly.
- After just 4 weeks on that plan, I sat 88–89 mph and topped 92 mph – a 4 mph jump from my previous lifetime best – with my arm and body feeling better than ever.
