I'll work with whatever equipment you have access to. During our initial interview, we'll discuss your current setup and I'll design your program around what's available to you.

Every athlete is different, but most see improvements in mechanics and feel within the first few weeks. Velocity gains typically come over multiple cycles as we build strength, improve mechanics, and develop consistency.
